- Order Completion: The turnaround time for order completion varies from 1 day to 3 weeks from the date of design approval, depending on the volume and rush status. We do not guarantee delivery or completion dates and are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from delays.
3. Customer Obligations
- Design Ownership and Rights: By submitting a design to Embroidery Express, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to use and reproduce the design. You retain ownership of the design but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
- Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit any designs or content that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, violate any laws or regulations, or contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material.
